  • 29. Reviews are undertaken to identify problems at the various stages of collecting, processing, and disseminating data and to identify steps necessary to maintain quality requirements.
  • 30. Monitoring processes are in place to inform managers on the quality achieved for ongoing statistical activities (e.g. response rates, revisions, history, timeliness evaluations).
